Adams to Host Pandemic Housing Crisis TeleTown Hall

CHARLOTTECongresswoman Alma Adams (NC-12) will host a TeleTown Hall at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 10 to connect constituents with federal, state, and local programs that can provide help and support during the coronavirus pandemic. Additionally, she will provide an update on what legislators in Washington are doing to fight the health and economic effects of the coronavirus. Participants will be able to ask questions during a Q&A portion of the town hall.

Constituents can join the call by calling (855) 756-7520 Ext. 75247# at 7:00 PM on Tuesday. The call is toll free, open to the public and open press.

Our TeleTown Hall will help connect thousands of our neighbors with the resources they need to make it through the looming housing crisis," said Congresswoman Adams. Our office, and so many others stand ready to assist constituents in need."

Congresswoman Alma S. Adams, Ph.D. represents North Carolina's 12th Congressional District (Charlotte, Mecklenburg County) and serves as Vice Chair of the House Committee on Agriculture. Additionally, she serves on the House Financial Services Committee and the House Education & Labor Committee, where she serves as Chair of the Workforce Protections Subcommittee.
