Adams Votes Against the Continuing Appropriations Act

"Today's continuing resolution is a slap in the face to my constituents and our state and local governments. The 12^th District deserves greater funding certainty and we should have provided that," said Congresswoman Adams. "Instead of working on a bipartisan, long-term funding bill that addresses key priorities, such as funding for Community Health Centers and the Children's Health Insurance Program, House Republicans have wasted a year re-litigating healthcare and trying to score political points. This is unacceptable and I will not support such a haphazard approach."
