There are more than 37,000 veterans in North Carolina’s 12th District. Our veterans put their lives on the line to ensure our safety. That is why Congresswoman Adams is working to ensure veterans remain a priority upon their return home. Rep. Adams is committed to making sure our veterans and their families have access to an affordable education, good-paying jobs, and access to physical and mental health care.

Because food insecurity is a prevailing issue for the citizens of the county, Representative Adams formed the Adams Hunger Coalition in 2015. Each year since, Congresswoman Adams hosts meetings in the District to bring together organizations whose focus is on alleviating hunger in the 12th District.
