This bill directs the U.S. Postmaster General to issue a commemorative postage stamp in honor of George Henry White, the last African American to serve in Congress during the Reconstruction Era.

The resolution recognizes the four students of Greensboro, North Carolina for their contribution to the civil rights movement and encourages all States to include this historical account in their educational curriculum.
