The internship, launched in 2016, welcomes a student from Johnson C. Smith University and North Carolina A&T State University to Washington, D.C. to intern for four weeks in both Reps. Adams' and Walker's offices.

Washington, D.C.—Today, the Bipartisan Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Caucus and the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) Caucus hosted the first HBCU STEAM Day of Action on Capitol Hill.
