Washington, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Alma Adams (D-NC-12) and Congressman French Hill (R-AR-02) announced 3 companies and organizations joining the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Partnership Challenge: AbbVie, Amgen, and Protective Life Corporation. The HBCU Caucus Partnership Challenge is an effort to promote greater engagement and support between private companies and HBCUs.

HUNTERSVILLE (October 4, 2022) – Today, Congresswoman Alma Adams (NC-12), announced her office's satellite office hours for October. Adams' staff are available once a month in Cornelius, Davidson, and Pineville; and twice a month in Huntersville. Office hours had been suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Satellite office hours are in addition to daily office hours.
Washington, D.C. (September 19, 2022) – Today, Congresswomen Alma Adams (D-NC-12) and Ashley Hinson (R-IA-01) in the House and U.S. Senators Jeff Merkley (D-OR), Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) announced the introduction of a bipartisan resolution recognizing "National Stillbirth Prevention Day" today, September 19.
