Fiscal responsibility is not just a buzzword to Congresswoman Adams. (July 12, 2023) – Today, Congresswomen Alma Adams (NC-12), Haley Stevens (MI-11), Deborah Ross (NC-02), and Nikema Williams (GA-05) introduced the “Clean Slate Series” of legislation to deliver relief for student loan borrowers: the Clean Slate Through Consolidation Act, Clean Slate Through Repayment Act, and the Clean Slate Through Rehabilitation Act.
