(October 5, 2023) — Today,Congressional Bipartisan Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Caucus co-chairs Congresswoman Alma Adams (D-NC-12) and Congressman French Hill (R-AR-02) announced the addition of three corporate and community participants to the HBCU Partnership Challenge.

The 1890s are 19 Historically Black land-grant Universities that were established by the Second Morrill Act of 1890.
