Washington, D.C. – Representatives Alma S. Adams (NC-12), G. K. Butterfield (NC-1) and David Price (NC-4) today sent a letter urging North Carolina's two U.S. Senators to support Loretta Lynch, who is a North Carolina native, in her nomination for Attorney General. Senators Richard Burr and Thom Tillis previously announced their opposition to Lynch's nomination.
WASHINGTON, D.C. –Today, Congresswoman Alma Adams (NC-12) joined members of Congress in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the 1965 march from Selma, Alabama, to Montgomery. In recognition of this historic event, she and Congresswoman Terri A.
